This access data is evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our services. All access data is deleted at the latest seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

4.1 Data processing for transaction processing

Depending on the selected payment method, we pass on the data necessary for processing the payment transaction to our technical service providers, who work for us as part of order processing, or to the commissioned credit institutions or to the selected payment service provider, insofar as this is necessary for processing the payment. This serves the fulfilment of the contract according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO. In some cases, the payment service providers collect the data required for processing the payment themselves, e.g. on their own website or via a technical integration in the ordering process. In this respect, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies.

If you have any questions about our payment processing partners and the basis of our cooperation with them, please use the contact option described in this privacy policy.

4.2 Data processing for the purpose of fraud prevention and optimisation of our payment processes

If necessary, we give our service providers further data, which they use together with the data necessary for the processing of the payment as our order processors for the purpose of fraud prevention and the optimisation of our payment processes (e.g. invoicing, processing of contested payments, accounting support). Pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, this serves to protect our legitimate interests in our protection against fraud or in efficient payment management, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests.

4.3 Instalment purchase

If the payment method "hire purchase" is selected and the data protection consent required for this is given in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO, personal data (first name, surname, address, email, telephone number, date of birth, IP address, gender) together with data required for the transaction processing (item, invoice amount, due dates, total amount, invoice number, taxes, currency, order date and order time) are transmitted to our partner MF Group AG, Am Bohl 6, 9004 St. Gallen, Switzerland for the purpose of processing this payment method.

In order to verify the identity or creditworthiness of the customer, our partner carries out queries and obtains information from publicly accessible databases and credit agencies. The providers from whom information and, if applicable, creditworthiness information is obtained on the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures, as well as further details on the processing of your data after transmission to our partner MF Group AG, can be found in its data protection declaration, which can be found here: https://terms.mfgroup.ch/agbfiles/generate/Datenschutz_de.pdf?headerlogo=powerpay-logo.png&?ref=.

You have the option of contacting our partner MF Group AG to explain your point of view and to contest the decision. The consent to the transfer of data given in the order process can be revoked at any time, even without giving reasons, with effect for the future.

4.4 Involvement of collection service providers

We will pass on your data to a commissioned collection service provider (ACREDIA Versicherung AG, ACREDIA Versicherung AG, Austria) if our payment claim has not been settled despite a previous reminder. In this case, the debt shall be collected directly by the collection service provider. This serves the fulfilment of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO as well as the protection of our legitimate interests in an effective assertion or enforcement of our payment claim in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO.

In addition, we use technologies to comply with the legal obligations to which we are subject (e.g. to be able to prove consent to the processing of your personal data) and for web analytics and online marketing. Further information on this, including the respective legal basis for the data processing, can be found in the following sections of this privacy policy.

Insofar as you have given your consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO, we use the following cookies and other third-party technologies on our website. After the end of the purpose and the end of the use of the respective technology by us, the data collected in this context will be deleted. We use the technologies of Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), as described below. The information automatically collected by Google technologies about your use of our website is generally transmitted to a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and stored there. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for the USA. Our cooperation with them is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission.  If your IP address is collected via Google technologies, it will be shortened by activating IP anonymisation before being stored on Google's servers. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server and shortened there. Unless otherwise stated for the individual technologies, the data processing is based on an agreement concluded for the respective technology between jointly responsible parties in accordance with Art. 26 DSGVO. Further information on data processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy.

 Google Analytics

For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information on your use of our website), from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. As a matter of principle, your IP address will not be merged with other Google data. Data processing is carried out on the basis of an order processing agreement by Google.

 Google Ads

For advertising purposes in Google search results as well as on third-party websites, the so-called Google Remarketing Cookie is set when you visit our website. This cookie automatically enables interest-based advertising by collecting and processing data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information on your use of our website) and by means of a pseudonymous CookieID and on the basis of the pages you visit. Any further data processing will only take place if you have activated the "personalised advertising" setting in your Google account. In this case, if you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing.

 Google Maps

For the visual presentation of geographical information, Google Maps collects data about your use of the Maps functions, in particular the IP address and location data, transmits this data to Google and subsequently processes it. We have no influence on this subsequent data processing.

To integrate third-party content, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information) is collected via the YouTube video plugin in the extended data protection mode used by us, transmitted to Google and subsequently processed by Google only when playing a video.

7.2 Use of Facebook services

Use of Facebook Pixel

We use the Facebook Pixel as part of the technologies of Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook") described below. The Facebook Pixel automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a website or subscribing to a newsletter), from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. For this purpose, a cookie is automatically set by the Facebook Pixel when you visit our website, which automatically enables your browser to be recognised when you visit other websites by means of a pseudonymous CookieID. Facebook will combine this information with other data from your Facebook account and use it to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website use, in particular personalised and group-based advertising.

The information automatically collected by Facebook technologies about your use of our website is generally transmitted to a server of Facebook, Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA and stored there. There is no adequacy decision of the European Commission for the USA. If the transfer of data to the USA falls within our responsibility, our cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. Further information on data processing by Facebook can be found in Facebook's privacy policy.

 Facebook Ads

We use Facebook Ads to advertise this website on Facebook as well as on other platforms. We determine the parameters of the respective advertising campaign. Facebook is responsible for the exact implementation, in particular the decision on the placement of the ads with individual users. Unless otherwise specified for the individual technologies, the data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement between joint controllers pursuant to Art. 26 DSGVO. The joint responsibility is limited to the collection of the data and its transmission to Facebook Ireland. The subsequent data processing by Facebook Ireland is not covered by this.

Based on the statistics about visitor activity on our website generated via Facebook Pixel, we run group-based advertising on Facebook via Facebook Custom Audience by determining the characteristics of the respective target group.

Based on the pseudonymous cookie ID set by the Facebook Pixel and the data collected about your usage behaviour on our website, we operate personalised advertising via Facebook Pixel remarketing.

Through Facebook Pixel Conversions, we measure your subsequent usage behaviour for web analytics and event tracking when you have reached our website through a Facebook Ads ad. The data processing is carried out on the basis of an order processing agreement by Facebook.

7.3 Other providers of web analytics and online maarketing services

Use of Vimeo video plugin for the integration of third-party content

To integrate third-party content, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information) is collected via the video plugin from Vimeo LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York 10011, USA ("Vimeo"), transmitted to Vimeo and subsequently processed by Vimeo. The data processing takes place on the basis of an agreement between jointly responsible parties pursuant to Art. 26 DSGVO. Google Analytics is automatically integrated in the Vimeo video plugin. For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information on your use of our website), from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. Google Analytics is a service provided by Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The information automatically collected by Google about your use of our website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Your IP address is shortened before being stored on Google's servers by activating IP anonymisation. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. We have no influence or access to the data processing by Vimeo including the settings and results of Google Analytics. There is no adequacy decision of the European Commission for the USA. Our cooperation with them is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission.

8. Intergration of the Trusted Shops trust badge

The Trusted Shops trust badge is integrated on this website to display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and any ratings collected, as well as to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after they have placed an order.

This serves to protect our legitimate interests in optimal marketing by enabling secure shopping in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests. The trust badge and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne. The Trustbadge is provided by a CDN provider (Content Delivery Network) within the framework of order processing. Trusted Shops GmbH also uses service providers from the USA. An appropriate level of data protection is ensured. Further information on the data protection of Trusted Shops GmbH can be found here.

When the Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, date and time of the call-up, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call-up. Individual access data are stored in a security database for the analysis of security anomalies. The log files are automatically deleted 90 days after creation at the latest.

Further personal data will be transferred to Trusted Shops GmbH if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or have already registered to use them. The contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies. For this purpose, personal data is automatically collected from the order data. Whether you as a buyer are already registered for product use is automatically checked using a neutral parameter, the email address hashed by cryptological one-way function. The e-mail address is converted into this hash value, which cannot be decrypted by Trusted Shops, before it is transmitted. After checking for a match, the parameter is automatically deleted.

This is necessary for the fulfilment of our and Trusted Shops' overriding legitimate interests in the provision of the buyer protection linked to the specific order in each case and the transactional evaluation services pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. Further details, including the objection, can be found in the Trusted Shops privacy policy linked above and in the Trustbadge.
