Sales consultant  (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Independent consultation and support of customers and visitors
  • Independent action in supporting the web shop as well as the ERP program
  • Presentation and sale of the entire Parkett-AGENTUR portfolio
  • Processing inquiries - from offer planning to order entry

 
You bring with you

  • Completed (degree in) commercial training is an advantage
  • Several years of professional experience in retail, ideally as a sales consultant
  • Very good knowledge of German, English and other languages is an advantage
  • Confident appearance, behavior and positive charisma, enthusiasm and empathy
  • Independent & precise way of working and a high degree of personal initiative
  • Ability to work in a team

The minimum salary for sales consultants is 1,571.00€ gross per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and work experience we are open to overpayment.

Office administrator (m/w/d, full-time)

Your tasks

  • Customer reception
  • Coordination of consulting appointments
  • Monitoring and coordination of logistics, national and international freight dispatch, preparation of documents for the shipping companies such as delivery notes, declarations of origin and invoices
  • Obtaining offers from our partner shipping companies
  • Processing of transport damages and complaints
  • Monitoring incoming payments and sending invoices by post and email
  • Customer correspondence by phone and email
  • Work with MS-Word, Excel, e-mail, shipping portal and ERP system

 

You bring with you

  • Completed vocational training
  • Very good knowledge of German, English and other languages an advantage
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as good computer skills
  • Positive charisma, enthusiasm
  • Independent & precise way of working and a high degree of initiative
  • Ability to work in a team

The minimum salary for the position of Office Administrator (m/f/d) is 1,700.00€ gross per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and work experience we are open to overpayment.

Carpenter (m/f/d, part-time)

Your tasks

  • Production of parquet samples and architect panels
  • Production of showroom samples
  • Production of stair nosing profiles and various parquet furniture
  • Trade fair stand construction, assembly and dismantling
  • Material purchasing for stock orders

 

You bring with you

  • A completed apprenticeship in the field of carpentry
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience
  • Independent work in all areas
  • Positive charisma, enthusiasm
  • Independent & precise way of working and a high degree of initiative
  • Ability to work in a team

 

The minimum salary for the position of carpenter (m/f/d) is 1,700.00€ gross per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and work experience we are open to overpayment.

Retail apprentice (m/f/d, full-time)
